Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. Please notify us if you will arrive after 6:00 p.m.

Check-out is until 12:00 pm.

Late check out is subject to room availability. From 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., a 50% surcharge is payable on the price of the room. After 5:00 p.m., 100% of the room rate will be charged.

Breakfast

Breakfast is offered free to all guests staying at the hotel.

This includes fresh fruit, toast, eggs, fruit juice, coffee or tea. You can choose a pleasant place to enjoy it, be it a covered area, or outdoors near the pool.

Pool

Our pool is available for enjoyment at any time of the day.

The entire pool area is equipped with sun loungers, towels, large umbrellas and palapas, for sunbathing and enjoying the heat of Santiago in a cozy atmosphere.

Each room has a safe. We urge you to use it to store your valuables and important documents.

Air conditioning

There is air conditioning in all rooms.

Power Generator

We have a power generator to ensure electricity supply in case of blackouts. In extreme cases, given the fuel situation in Cuba and the difficulties in acquiring it, we prioritize the use of the generator at night so that our guests can have lighting and can sleep comfortably with air conditioning. This way, we can ensure a pleasant stay even in adverse circumstances. Additionally, our rooms are equipped with rechargeable lamps and fans if needed.

We have a suitable room for people with limited mobility.

Room cleaning

The cleaning service in the rooms is daily, if the guest so wishes. And the change of linen and towels is done every two days, unless another frequency is indicated at reception.

Laundry service

Our hotel has a laundry service. Contact the reception.

Smoking policy

We appreciate that you do not smoke in the covered spaces of the property. Only in open areas. And always pay attention that the smoke does not bother other people. Our rooms are equipped with smoke detectors.

Voltage

We have 110 and 220 voltages, duly marked on the outlets, as well as USB connectors.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the hotel for hygienic reasons.

Airport transfers

We operate with professional taxi drivers who provide pick-up and return services to airports, transfers to other provinces and trips within the city.

Luggage storage

We can store luggage if necessary on arrival and departure days.
