Terms and conditions

* Cancellations must be made at least three days in advance of the arrival date; otherwise, 100% of the amount will be charged to the credit card. This includes 'No show' situations where the guest fails to appear without prior notice, in which case the total reservation amount may be debited.

* If you wish to leave early, you must inform it the day before, so that you can leave the next day before 12:00 p.m. without penalty. 

* The person who reserves the room must meet the requirement of being 18 years old. 

* Our pool is available for our guests at any time of the day. However, it's important to note that maintenance is conducted during the night to ensure optimal cleanliness and care of the water. If any guest wishes to use the pool during the night, we kindly ask them to inform the reception in advance to rearrange the cleaning process.

* Minor guests are welcome in our hotel. 

* Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied at all times and under the supervision and supervision of an adult. The hotel is not responsible for damages or injuries of any kind.

* We have a strict no-drug policy. By law, weapons, illegal substances and other prohibited objects will be confiscated and turned over to the management. 

* The hotel staff may deny the sale of alcoholic beverages if the guest's behavior is not appropriate when is being under the influence of alcohol. 

* To keep our costs low we ask you to turn off the lights and air conditioning when not in use or when you leave the room. 

* The objects and valuables forgotten by a guest will remain in the custody of the management for a term of 1 year. We will contact the guest via email. 

* Linen, towels, bathrobes and pillows are the property of the hotel. It is not allowed to take them from the room. 

* To avoid a plumbing issue, we ask that you place sanitary towels in the sanitary bin we provide in the bathroom. 

* Any damage caused by guests to property owned by the hotel will be their sole responsibility, and they must be replaced or repaired. 

* Your suggestions are taken as opportunities to improve. Communicate them to the hotel reception, or write to us at reservations@boutiquehotelarizona.com 

* Important: It is understood that at the time of making the reservation, the guest fully knows and accepts our terms and conditions, being in agreement with the above mentioned points.
