We will provide you with our bank account number so you can make the payment. As soon as we receive the transfer, we will send you the reservation confirmation along with your personalized voucher.
Consumption and Flexibility
Your family members have complete freedom to consume any food, drink or service available in our hotel until the total value of the voucher is exhausted. It is important to keep in mind that we do not make refunds for the unconsumed amount of the voucher. They can request that food and/or drinks be packed to take home.
Reservation and Validity
The reservation is considered effective once the voucher payment has been made. The voucher will be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of payment, making it easier to plan your family's visit within a period of one month. You can purchase as many vouchers as you see fit until you reach the total amount you want your family members to consume.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that your guests cannot attend on the reserved date, it is allowed to cancel the reservation at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel, the amount you paid for the voucher will not be refunded. However, we will provide you with the option to reschedule the visit to another day within the validity period of 30 days from the date of payment.
To personalize your voucher, we need the following information:
• Name and surname of the person making the reservation.
• Value of the voucher you wish to purchase.
• Name of the person who is responsible for the voucher.
• Date you wish to reserve.
• Number of people for whom the reservation is being made.
• WhatsApp number or email to which we will send the voucher.
Please note that our pool capacity is 30 people. If you book for less than this number you may be sharing the pool with another group of family or friends.
These vouchers are designed so that they can consume from 10 am to 8 pm at our facility, giving them the flexibility to enjoy throughout the day.
